| RS is a Canadian company headquartered in Alberta. Since its inception in
1995 and until late 2003, the company was dedicated to the research and development of advanced resin materials. The company initially developed
patented industrial coatings designed to perform in extreme environments. This product, branded and currently marketed as RSealT, became the precursor from which RS developed its innovative VersionT resin
system. Since the latter part of 2003, the company has refocused itself from a total research and development ('R&D') emphasis to a full commercialization of its engineered solutions.
RS' engineered solutions are developed and subsequently implemented in three distinct technology platforms - namely, filament winding, pultrusion and moulding. Each of these platforms is unique in process, equipment and
materials application. The utilization of our proprietary VersionT in each
of these platforms requires uniquely specialized equipment and process. Once developed, these specialized solutions create new proprietary applications that result in a significant competitive advantage for RS. |
